2. Description of Services

We offer audiovisual production services, digital content distribution, content licensing, and social media management. Our services include:

• Audiovisual content production for social media and digital platforms
• Content distribution across multiple platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
• Audiovisual content licensing for third parties
• Digital content strategy consulting services
• Mobile applications for iOS and Android

3. Applicable Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of:

• Republic of Colombia: For users and services related to VIDEO DOG NETWORK SAS, in accordance with the Colombian Commercial Code and Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute).
• United States of America: For users and services related to FELICIDAD NETWORK LLC, in accordance with federal laws of the United States and the laws of the company's state of incorporation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful and authorized purposes
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell our content without express written authorization
• Not use our services to transmit offensive, defamatory, or illegal material
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of our platforms or servers
• Respect the intellectual property rights of all published content

5. Intellectual Property

All audiovisual content, trademarks, logos, designs, and material published on our platforms is the exclusive property of VIDEO DOG NETWORK SAS and/or FELICIDAD NETWORK LLC, or our licensors.

It is protected by the copyright laws of Colombia (Law 23 of 1982 and Andean Decision 351) and the United States (Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. §§ 101-810), as well as by international treaties.

Unauthorized use of our content may constitute a violation of intellectual property laws and is subject to legal action.

6. Mobile Applications

Our applications available on Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Facebook App Store are subject to the following additional terms:

• The applications are provided under license, not sold
• You must comply with the Terms of Service of Apple, Google, and Facebook
• You may not modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the applications
• We may update the applications periodically to improve functionality and security
• The applications may collect data according to our Privacy Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Services are provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee that services will be available uninterrupted or error-free
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

8. User Content

If you submit content to our platforms:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content
• You warrant that you have all necessary rights to the submitted content
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Use
• Your conduct is harmful to other users or to our reputation
• Required by applicable law

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after publication on our websites. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

For users in Colombia: Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Manizales, Colombia.

For users in the United States: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
